All SIEVRA orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email within 48 hours.

Standard: 7–15 business days — Free on all orders
Express: 3–5 business days — Available at checkout

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by region and are estimates only.

We want you to love your SIEVRA frames. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Email us at hello@sievra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
